Overview
Digital Church Impact is a consulting and community resource seeking to help church leaders transform their digital real estate for community growth and kingdom impact. This is a Christ-centered company with biblical values. Consulting services and plans include video training, downloadable resources, live virtual strategy sessions, and optional 1:1 or staff coaching. This company was founded to help churches implement customized digital strategies based on their context.
Payment & Refund Terms
Full payment or an agreed invoiced payment plan must be received before access to any consultations, plans, or coaching materials are granted.

For payment plans, all payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to complete invoiced payments will result in revoked access to materials and sessions.

All prices are listed in USD.
Due to the digital and intellectual nature of Digital Church Impact, no refunds will be issued once materials have been accessed, a consultation service has been granted, or training sessions have been attended. If a participant needs to withdraw before accessing materials or finalizing a calendar date for consulting or training, a 50% refund may be issued upon request within 5 business days of purchase.
BOOKING POLICY
Thank you for choosing to work with Digital Church Impact. To honor our time together and ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policy:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your consultation date and time.

All clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment.

If you do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

No-shows will be treated as cancellations without notice and are also subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Intellectual Property & Client Responsibility
All materials (videos, templates, guides, worksheets) provided during the program are the intellectual property of Digital Church Impact.
They are for individual church use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.
Participants who receive any consultations, coaching, or training are expected to:

Engage fully with the training and resources

Attend live sessions (or watch replays)

Take action within their local context
Digital Church Impact is not responsible for the outcomes of implementation but will provide tools and guidance to support success.
All live sessions will be recorded and made available to paying participants during their plan period. Access to recordings and materials is granted for a set period (60 days after program ends), unless otherwise stated.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom or the designated learning platform. No technical support is provided for personal devices or internet issues.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you’ve booked a 1:1 or group training session:

You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance

Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled

Repeated cancellations may result in forfeiting the coaching benefit altogether.
Digital Church Impact reserves the right to make adjustments to any plan schedule, content, or format as needed to improve participant experience or due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes.
